Entry fees are non-refundable and participation in the race is non-transferable, including all elements of registration: such as bibs, materials, et cetera. The race director reserves the right to change the format of the race at any time without option for refund, this includes but is not limited to event cancellation, date change, or changing completely to a virtual platform.

How exactly do we "Scare" hunger away?
Every registration contributes to CUMAC, a non-profit organization
dedicated to alleviating hunger and its root causes for those in
need in Paterson, Passaic County and northern New Jersey.
In addition to a monetary contribution, all participants are
encouraged to donate food items on Race Day. .
